The Potu — the temple's own kitchen — has been turning out the boondi laddu by the same measure for generations, and the fragrance of it reaches the queue long before the counter does. Our sevak joins the Suprabhatam darshan, offers your chadhava at the hundi, collects the laddu from the official counter, and seals it before the ghee has fully set.

The laddu tasted exactly as I remembered
I have not climbed those seven hills since my knee surgery in 2019. The box came with the offering video, and my husband and I watched it twice before we opened the packet. The laddu was the same — that same coarse sweetness. I cried a little, which I did not expect to.
